And then I discovered the Decathlon in Festival Mall, Alabang. The place had an SnR or Landers feel but they're selling gym and fitness merchandise from less popular imported brands (at least in the Philippines). With just one look, I know almost all the items they sell have good quality but for only a fraction of the price of the well-known brands. And this includes plus size clothing like gym top and pants, bathing suits, tank tops, and every fitness item or equipment you can think of.

Now for those of you who don't know how fat I am, I am really, really fat. Size 40 pants in the mall no longer fit me so clothes sold in the plus size section of the mall sometimes don't fit me. So finally being able to find a store that has a size of up to 3XL, I am so happy. As in really happy!

But wait, there's more! To find pants that finally fit me usually cost 700 to 1,000 pesos in other stores (not branded), but in Decathlon - I got mine for only 300 pesos (knee length) and 380 pesos for ankle gym cotton pants. For cotton tops that are perfect for the gym, you can buy one from 170 to 400 pesos while bathing suits start at 500 to 1,400 pesos. Now, these are not just any bathing suit - this is the kind that flatters your body, hides your tummy and comes with a skirt to hide some of my cellulite haha!

I live in Q.C. so this is the first time I have been to Decathlon. It turns out, the place has been there for quite some time now and its very big. At the moment, they are offering free membership and signing up gets you a free huge eco-bag.
