
If you plan to try this diet plan too, I recommend you download health apps to guide you through the process. If you ask me, I only use Samsung Health or My Fitness Pal.
My Fitness Pal app review:
With My Fitness Pal, they already have a record of almost every food you can think of so just place the food you take and you'll quickly find how much calories it has. If the food is not in their record, worry not as you can just scan the bar code of the food and it will automatically store all information.
Another reason why I love this app is it tells me how much weight I will lose if I stick to my diet which is very, very motivating!
The only disadvantage with My Fitness Pal is I'm having a hard time linking it to my Samsung Health app to track my steps. I am using a Samsung Gear S2 and it wouldn't track my steps.
Samsung Health app review:
With Samsung Health, I love that my linked Gear S2 already calculates how much calories I burn as I walk. It helps to motivate me to walk the extra 1,000 steps and lose over a thousand calories! However, I am having a hard time inputting the calories I ate because their record are very limited and they do not have scanners to automatically record my food intake.
Now back to calorie counting diet plan!
What I really love about this diet is that I can eat absolutely anything I want as long as I do not exceed my limit every day. Using the health apps also monitors my sugar, cholesterol and sodium intake and it tells me if I have exceeded my intake for that day. This helps me make sure I don't eat too much salty food (which is my weakness!).
How to Stick on a Diet
Its really a major struggle to stick to my diet. Actually, there was a 3 days in that two weeks where I ate more than I should. I just made up to is by exercise which I do by walking for hours inside malls because I absolutely love shopping! Sometimes I go as much as 3 hours a day that is a total of 6,000 steps which really drains me after. BUT it doesn't matter because it takes off the guilt of the food I ate that day or the day before.
So I'm sticking with this diet for another week or month. Hopefully I lose more weight!
