As a plus-size girl, its always a big worry for me when we have to visit a place where customers need to wear clothing provided by them. Not because I am very picky but because I'm not sure if they have anything for my size.
Does Odaiba Oedo-Onsen Monogatari have yukata (also known as a light kimono) for plus size?
If my memory serves me right, they do have sizes for big girls (up to 3XL) but not quite for really big girls like me. I am a 250 pound 5"5 girl (with a usual size of 5 XL) that's heavy on the hips and thighs and only 1 yukata that fits my hips but not on my height (it was too long for me that it looked like a long nightgown). I believe this was their only design available that was bigger than 3XL.
They also didn't include or posted any instructions on how to wear the yukata which was so sad because I later learned that there is a way to wear your yukata if it's too long so it wouldn't touch the floor.
Here is a photo of me below wearing the yukata and you can see my hand holding my yukata up just so it wouldn't touch the floor. It also looked too big for my shoulder so overall none of my photos wearing a yukata was worth posting.
However, if you're body size falls under 3XL and below, you don't have to worry as you can choose from all the cute yukata designs and not worry if it will fit you. I have included a photo below of the sizes they offer and designs available at the time of our visit:

Am I required to wear a yukata at Odaiba Oedo-Onsen Monogatari?
During my day visit in Odaiba Oedo-Onsen Monogatari, I was surprised to find a few people wearing ordinary clothes while roaming around the place. I guess guests are not required to wear the yukata when in the place which is if I had known earlier - I would have just brought my own yukata or worn my own clothes rather than wearing the yukata just for the sake of wearing one.
My experience as a plus-size in Odaiba Oedo-Onsen Monogatari
Overall, my experience was okay. No one really cared that I looked funny wearing a long yukata so there absolutely no discrimination. The tables, chairs are big enough so I was able to go anywhere I like. Unfortunately, I didn't try the onsen because I was too shy to explore the area naked.
If I had the chance, I would go back to Odaiba Oedo-Onsen Monogatari but will make sure to bring my own yukata and learn how to properly wear it so I can take great pictures in the place.
At the time of our visit it was at night time which made the place so cute to explore but I bet it looked way better in the morning. However, if you are going there for a date, it is much better to go at night.
